Belmondo Studios is a creative marketing agency specializing in brand strategy, visual storytelling, and digital campaigns for forward-thinking companies. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Creative Operations Assistant to help us keep projects moving smoothly behind the scenes. This role will support our team with project coordination, asset management, and day-to-day execution—freeing up our strategists and creatives to do their best work. What You’ll Do: • Help manage tasks and timelines in Asana (creating, updating, tracking) • Coordinate internal deadlines and check-ins for active projects • Assist with marketing and content production schedules (e.g. social media calendars, email timelines) • Support file organization and delivery (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) • Format documents, presentations, or client-facing materials as needed • Handle small admin or comms tasks (e.g. prepping agendas, following up on deliverables) • Troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks and flag missed steps or dates What We’re Looking For: • 1–3 years experience in project coordination, creative operations, or executive support (agency or marketing experience a plus) • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through • Solid comfort level with Asana, Google Workspace, and cloud storage systems • A calm, proactive communicator—someone who gets things done without needing hand-holding • Comfortable with fast-moving creative environments and shifting priorities • Bonus: interest in branding, marketing, or women’s health Logistics: • 10–15 hours/week to start, with room to grow • Fully remote, flexible hours (must have some overlap with Pacific Time) Why Work With Us: We’re a small, thoughtful team that punches above our weight.
