We have two major conferences coming up in Las Vegas, and we’re seeking a detail-oriented Event Planner to drive every aspect of these events—from booth setup and attendee engagement to digital marketing and post-event analysis. Job Summary The Event Planner will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of two upcoming conferences in Las Vegas. This includes managing booth logistics, coordinating vendor relationships, inviting prospects, creating digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring our presence is on-brand and engaging. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a proven track record of successful event planning and marketing experience. Key Responsibilities Event Logistics & Coordination Plan and manage all conference details, including venue requirements, booth setup, and logistics. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth on-site operations. Negotiate contracts, handle budgets, and maintain timelines. Marketing & Promotions Develop and execute digital advertising strategies (social media, email campaigns, paid ads) to drive event attendance. Create compelling marketing assets (flyers, digital banners, newsletters) aligned with brand standards. Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging visuals that promote event objectives. Prospect Engagement Identify and invite key prospects, industry partners, and potential clients to the events. Coordinate targeted outreach campaigns and manage RSVP tracking. Develop networking opportunities and attendee engagement strategies before, during, and after the conferences. On-Site Management Oversee event setup, including booth design and layout, staff scheduling, and equipment needs. Manage registration, attendee inquiries, and troubleshoot issues in real-time. Ensure a seamless brand experience for all attendees. Post-Event Analysis Collect and analyze attendee feedback, lead generation data, and overall event ROI. Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for future improvements. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to nurture leads generated from the conferences.
