Prima Theatre is seeking an experienced PR professional to drive buzz and secure high-impact media coverage for We’ll Get Back to You, the East Coast premiere of a new comedy by bestselling author Rob Bell. The production runs from April 25–May 10, 2025, in Lancaster, PA, and we’re looking for media and influencer outreach across York, Lancaster, Harrisburg, and Philadelphia. Key Responsibilities: - Influencer Outreach: Secure influencer attendance at rehearsals (April 9–17), the invited dress rehearsal (April 24, 7:00 PM arrival, 7:30 PM showtime), or opening night (April 25) to generate social media coverage. - Press & Media Coverage: Secure at least 5 digital/print articles and 2 TV appearances in regional outlets, including LancasterOnline, LNP, Central PA Magazine, Philly Voice, PennLive, and TV stations such as WGAL, Fox43, ABC27, CBS21, NBC10. - Media Coordination: Arrange interviews with cast and creative team between April 9–17 and facilitate media attendance at the invited dress rehearsal on April 24. Press Materials: Prima will provide photos from a cast photoshoot by April 14 for media use. Timeline & Budget: Media outreach begins by March 20, with key placements secured before April 7 to drive early ticket sales.Final influencer and media push happens the week of April 21.
