Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Google Ads professional to help us elevate our lead generation efforts. Our interior design studio, based in Spokane, wants to focus our marketing efforts on Google to attract more clients. What We're Looking For: Someone who can consult and teach us the fundamentals of Google Ads. Expertise in creating and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive quality leads. Ability to analyze and expand on our current keyword strategy. We’re currently ranked 5th with keywords related to interior design in Spokane. Experience in managing campaigns to ensure long-term success. Experience & Skills Required: Proficiency in Google Ads Manager & Google Tag Manager. Experience in Ad Budget Management Must be certified with Google Ads Certification Google Analytics Certification is a strong bonus! Keyword Research & Strategy, familiarity with competitive research tools is a bonus! Campaign Optimization Knowledge of Lead Generation Our Goals: Increase lead generation through targeted Google Ads campaigns. Gain the knowledge and tools to manage campaigns effectively in the future. Possibly retain your services for ongoing campaign management, depending on results and need. Compensation: The starting pay for this position is $15-20 per hour, with room for advancements in 6 months to 1 year based on demonstrated excellent performance. Hours: 5 hours per week to start, with more hours given quickly after a proven track record!
