We are looking for a talented SEO Strategist to join our team and drive impactful search engine optimization campaigns for our clients. Job Overview:As an SEO Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions for our e-commerce clients. You must have hands-on experience optimizing both BigCommerce and Shopify websites and possess a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, technical SEO, and link-building strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies, including keyword optimization, metadata enhancements, content structuring, and internal linking. Conduct comprehensive SEO audits for BigCommerce and Shopify websites, identifying areas for improvement. Optimize site speed, mobile usability, and structured data to enhance search engine rankings. Stay updated with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and emerging best practices. Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all projects. Monitor website performance and organic search rankings using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Create detailed SEO reports and provide insights/recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements: 2+ years of experience in SEO strategy, preferably within an e-commerce agency or similar setting. Proven experience working with BigCommerce and Shopify platforms. Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, including content optimization, schema markup, and HTML. Expertise in off-page SEO, including link-building strategies and digital PR. Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Experience with technical SEO aspects, including site structure, indexing, and crawlability. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bonus Skills: - Familiarity with paid search campaigns (PPC) and their role in SEO strategy. - Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
