About the Role We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Online Business Manager (OBM) to drive execution, streamline operations, and manage a remote team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in translating vision into action, simplifying processes, and ensuring smooth execution across projects, virtual events, and key initiatives. As OBM, you’ll work closely with the COO, helping eliminate operational bottlenecks so leadership can focus on scaling the business. You’ll oversee team management, project execution, marketing operations, live event coordination, vendor relationships, and KPI tracking. *If you do not have prior experience in these areas, this role may not be the right fit.* Key Responsibilities * Team & Vendor Management: Oversee and support the remote team, ensuring accountability and efficiency. * Project & Operations Management: Keep projects on track, simplify processes, and manage key operational metrics. * Live Event & Challenge Execution: Lead and coordinate 5-day live challenges and other virtual events with precision. * Process Optimization & SOP Management: Maintain and improve workflows, tools, and SOPs for operational efficiency. * Technology Oversight & Implementation: Ensure smooth use of tools such as: - ClickUp (Project Management) - Zoom (Event Coordination) - ClickFunnels (Sales & Marketing) - ActiveCampaign (Email Automation) - Circle (Community Management) * Client & Program Success: Support program execution, content updates, and high-quality customer experience. * Financial & HR Admin: Oversee team payroll, invoicing, and hiring processes to ensure smooth operations.
