About This Position: As a Digital Marketing Account Director, you’ll be primarily responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing digital marketing accounts. You’ll spend most of your time communicating directly with your clients, quarterbacking execution with specialist teams, and analyzing data. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong, positive relationships, and drive results through ensuring execution across various fulfillment teams. If you’re a self-starter with extensive SEO and PPC experience, and the people skills required to navigate mid-market sales and account management, then this is the role for you. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary account lead for your assigned clients and leads, and act as a subject matter expert for all of our digital marketing services (primarily SEO & PPC). - Conduct sales calls with leads. - Develop and present proposals for clients and leads. - Educate clients and leads on digital marketing processes, such as: implementation, execution, analytics and ROI. - Set and manage client expectations. - Work with specialist teams (operations, content, web development) to ensure seamless sales and onboarding processes.
