We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful Executive Assistant / Operations Generalist to support our two founders and help keep the company firing on all cylinders. This isn’t your typical EA role — it’s a launchpad, with a clear path to grow into a full-time position and eventually a Chief of Staff or leadership ops role. Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to two founders, including managing calendars, inbox priorities, and scheduling. Draft investor updates, coordinate communications, and track fundraising deliverables. Set up projects and manage tasks in ClickUp, ensuring deadlines are met and details don’t slip. Conduct ad-hoc research, prepare presentations, and support various strategic initiatives. Onboard contractors or new hires, helping them access the tools and info they need. Requirements 2+ years in an EA, Operations, or similar generalist role (startup experience preferred). Strong written communication skills—comfortable drafting investor emails and internal docs. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Slack, ChatGPT and ClickUp (or similar PM tools). High level of integrity and discretion handling sensitive information. U.S.-based, with availability to sync during Eastern Time working hours. What We’re Looking For Resourcefulness: You solve problems with limited direction.
