We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our short-term rental and property management operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with short-term rental management, customer service, and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing guest interactions, coordinating property maintenance, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests during core business hours. Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience and Communication: • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, responding to inquiries, booking requests, and messages promptly • Provide basic customer support, addressing guest questions, and assisting with common issues. • Manage timely check-ins, ensuring guests receive clear instructions and support upon arrival. Issue Handling and Ticketing: • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. • Log all guest issues, complaints, and resolutions into the ticketing system for accurate tracking and follow-up. • Escalate complex issues to management or field staff when necessary. Coordination and Maintenance: • Coordinate tasks with cleaners, maintenance staff, and contractors to ensure property readiness before guest check-ins. • Monitor communication channels to make sure homes are ready on time. Administrative Support: • Respond to emails & text messages in a timely manner on main inbound communication platforms (email, text message) • Misc projects as needed by management Qualifications: • Experience: Previous professional experience in a virtual assistant role. Experience in short-term rentals and property management is highly preferred.
