Our company is looking for an amazing virtual assistant to join our fast-growing remote team! We’re a podcast booking agency that entails getting real estate investors booked on some of the top podcasts on the market. Your primary responsibilities include: - Booking your clients on podcasts every month in a timely manner - Customizing a clients pitch to the specific podcast - Hitting monthly goals for clients - Sending clients a monthly project update - Helping your clients out as needed I’m ideally looking for someone who brings ideas to the table and excels at what they do. A self-starter is perfect! We have a monthly meeting which you’re expected to attend where you go over your clients and what we can do to improve the company going forward. Occasionally you may be required to speak to a client on a call. This is a part-time 10-20 hours per week position. There are no set hours, but we do expect you to be working during the week.
