We are seeking a skilled Zoom and Eventbrite expert to assist with the setup, marketing, and smooth execution of a Live Webinar Event for our transformative detox program, featuring a Functional Medicine Practitioner and a live Q&A session on Thursday, April 10th, at 6:30 PM (CST). Responsibilities: - Configure and optimize Zoom for seamless webinar delivery, including registration, automation, and engagement features. - Set up Eventbrite for event promotion, ticketing (if applicable), and attendee management. - Develop promotional materials, including emails, social media content, and event pages to drive registrations. - Ensure participant engagement through interactive features like polls, Q&A moderation, and chat management. - Oversee technical support, troubleshooting any issues before and during the event to ensure a smooth experience. - Assist in post-event follow-ups, including sending recordings, gathering feedback, and providing attendee analytics.
