Description: We’re a fast-growing startup seeking a Client Success Manager to lead client relationships and ensure a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing support. This role will be instrumental in helping new clients and partners get set up, stay engaged, and see immediate value in our platform. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, making sure their needs are understood, met, and followed up on consistently. Key Responsibilities: Own client relationships post-sale, from kickoff to setup and beyond Guide clients through onboarding and setup within our product Communicate client goals, feedback, and technical needs to internal teams Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple stakeholders Support partners through configuration and implementation milestones Track engagement and surface opportunities for retention and growth Create and maintain onboarding checklists, SOPs, and client documentation Requirements: 3+ years in a client success, onboarding, or account management role Excellent communication skills with a proactive, client-first attitude Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams Strong organizational skills—able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Airtable, and Zoom Comfortable working across time zones and asynchronously Details: Flexible hours with some overlap required with U.S. and Asia-based teams Long-term opportunity for the right fit
