⭐ Position Overview Orbit Health is an industry-leading telepsychiatry organization devoted to transforming mental health care by increasing access to underserved populations. These include communities affected by poverty, homelessness, and incarceration. Our dynamic team is committed to enhancing mental health care through our comprehensive range of telepsychiatry services. As a Program Coordinator, the incumbent will play a crucial role in communicating and coordinating provider schedules and staffing needs with our client sites. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients. Core Responsibilities: •Communicate and coordinate provider schedules and staffing needs with partner sites. •Facilitate the onboarding process for healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition. •Manage and maintain accurate records of provider onboarding, timesheets, and other relevant documentation. •Provide troubleshooting support and address customer inquiries related to provider services. •Assist in on-call management to ensure continuous support and coverage for our clients. •Support credentialing processes for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. •Collaborate with billing teams to ensure accurate invoicing and billing processes. •Help to implement technologies and services, troubleshooting and helping to lead their ongoing operation. Provide feedback as to limitations. •Working to ensure that confidentiality and privacy of health, company, and other data/information are maintained. •Maintaining good professional relationships with the Orbit team, our contractors, and our partners. •Identifying and reporting inefficiencies, working to improve processes and quality in operations team. Requirements: •High degree of comfort with technology and learning how to use new software •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Strong organizational and time-management abilities. •Attention to detail and accuracy in data management. •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. •Prior experience in customer service or healthcare administration is preferred. •Ability to engage with various communication tools (such as phone and email) and to accurately document interactions. •Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
