B2B Customer Support Virtual Assistant Needed
Hourly: $15.00 - $30.00
We are seeking a long term dedicated Virtual Assistant to manage B2B customer support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and experience in a support role are essential. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and effective resolutions to client needs. This is a remote position that requires phone calls and email (phone application [compatible with Mac or windows] and email will be provided).
