We are a 50+ person association of Daily Money Managers located in the NYC region. What is a Daily Money Manager: A Daily Money Manager (DMM) is a financial professional who manages personal daily money matters such as bills, budgets, and record keeping services for older adults, people with disabilities, busy professionals, high net worth individuals, and small business owners. The Job Overview The Virtual Assistant will perform administrative duties and support the professional association chapter. They are an integral part of the Chapter’s member communication and record keeping. The VA should have a positive attitude and a can-do spirit. Responsibilities • Process monthly meeting announcement using Mailchimp • Process CEU paperwork with national chapter for monthly speakers • Communicate with and process program speaker documentation • Coordinate with chapter president, program chair, secretary, and others as needed • Maintain and manage contacts • Organize and manage Dropbox account • Assist with updating and managing Chapter website • Assist with New Member set-up tasks Qualifications / Applications Knowledge • Well organized and able to meet deadlines • Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel • Mailchimp • WordPress and Elementor • Dropbox • PDF files (PDF studio is helpful if you have it) • Good written and verbal communication skills Time Estimate 5-6 hours per month. Some special projects may require additional hours to be negotiated as-needed.
