**Job Opening: Part-Time Virtual Assistant** Hey there! I'm looking for an efficient virtual assistant to help make things run smoother in my life coaching and astrology business. If you’ve got some experience with CRM tools and know how to keep things organized, let's chat! Your main tasks will include setting up automation tools, keeping our files in order, and pitching in with some admin tasks. If you’re dependable, good with tech, and love organizing, I'd like to hear from you! Overview: We are seeking a proactive, dependable, and caring Virtual Assistant to support our business with a variety of organizational and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with CRM platforms, streamlining organizational processes, and setting up automated systems like email and course enrollment processes. This role is suitable for someone who thrives in a flexible, remote environment and likes efficiency and creating organization. Responsibilities: - Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, file organization, and data management. - Optimize CRM systems to ensure accurate data tracking and seamless processes. - Identify opportunities to streamline organizational workflows and implement improvements. - Set up and manage automated email and course enrollment processes to support marketing and client engagement. - Provide general support to ensure business operations run smoothly. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role. - Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Dubsado, or similar. We're currently using Dubsado but may move platforms this year). - Proficiency in setting up and managing automated systems like email campaigns and webinars. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. - Reliable, honest, and self-motivated with a caring and supportive approach. - Excellent English language (written and spoken) for potential client-facing communications. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with tools like Kajabi, Leadpages, Kit, Zoom, Dubsado or similar platforms. - Knowledge of streamlining workflows in small business or entrepreneurial environments. - Ideally well-versed and/or quick learner in these programs as I'm hoping to pass these reigns over to you quickly. We cannot fully train you in these programs, which is why we need someone well-versed or at least familiar and a quick-learner on their own.)
