Hiring a WordPress Specialist Must Know Max Mega Menu Plugin

The Head & Neck Cancer Alliance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping patients, survivors, and caregivers. A website development company created a new WordPress site about to launch. The new site was custom-made for us but didn't include an advanced menu design like what I had in mind. I need help setting up the Max Mega Menu plugin, and in the future (if that goes well), I may have other WordPress odd jobs for you, including setting up our WooCommerce store plugin (at a later date). You must have several years of experience in doing WordPress sites and, specifically, experience with the Max Mega Menu plug-in. You must be located in the US and willing to meet with me on video on Teams or Zoom during regular business hours. I'm open to paying by the hour, but I prefer to pay by the job as paying by the hour penalizes someone who works quickly or possibly incentivizes them to work more slowly. The website will soft launch this week with a "normal menu", but I would like to finish this project quickly. Please provide me with a quote on what you'd do the job for, and provide examples of mega menus you've completed. Also, this isn't required for the job, but if you have experience in WooCommerce (plugin) include that too, as I'd like to find one person that does good work in WordPress and hire them for other future projects. I work on Upwork myself as a freelancer, so I'm familiar with this site and I will respond to everyone that contacts me.
