Set up discord send a text message to my phone when a particular person sends a message in a group

All I need is for a text notification to be sent from discord to my phone when a certain person posts a trade in a group I am in. It might be able to be done within discord itself but I couldn’t find it, if there needs to be some workaround with zapier or some other service you could help with that.
