We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper to manage financial records, transactions, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance, and supporting business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage Financial Transactions Record and categorize expenses, income, and payments in QuickBooks Online. ✅ Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolve discrepancies. ✅ Financial Reporting & Analysis Generate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements. ✅ Collaboration & Communication Work closely with accountants, tax professionals, and management. Requirements & Qualifications: ✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (certification preferred). Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
