We’re looking for a motivated, part-time Appointment Setter to join our remote team and help generate leads by making outbound prospecting calls. This is a contract position managed through Upwork’s BYO Talent platform. About the Role: Schedule: 10–20 hours per week Location: Remote Compensation: $25/hour base pay $20 per qualified lead $5 per interested lead (not yet qualified but open to more info) Performance bonuses available This position is focused on cold calling C-level executives on behalf of our clients, following specific outreach campaigns and talking points. You’ll be using either a power dialer or Google Sheets for call tracking and lead notes. Calls must be made during business hours in the time zone of the client we are calling for; otherwise, you manage your own schedule.
