We’re Delet.com, a startup helping property managers lease apartments remotely using smart locks, cameras, and automation tools. We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support our clients, ensure smooth onboarding, and help them get the most out of our service. Your Role: - Help onboard new clients (via Zoom, phone, or email) - Answer client questions clearly and quickly - Track and follow up on active systems - Work with our internal team to solve issues fast - Make sure clients are happy and informed Requirements: - Excellent English and communication skills - Organized and reliable - Experience in customer support or success - Comfortable with basic tech tools (CRM, email, Zoom, etc.) Bonus: - Experience in real estate, leasing, or PropTech - Spanish speaking is a plus
