As a Real Estate Sales and Lead Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our business by managing incoming leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management Respond to and manage incoming leads promptly and professionally. Qualify leads and assess client needs to determine the best solution. Maintain and update lead records in our CRM system. Sales: Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and negotiations to convert leads into sales. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions. Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the team to strategize and improve sales processes. Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, pipeline, and sales performance. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (real estate experience is a plus but not required). Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
