DM Setter for Instagram & TikTok (Fitness Coaching Business) Description: We are seeking a skilled DM Setter to manage Instagram and TikTok direct messages for our rapidly growing fitness coaching business. Your role will involve starting conversations with potential clients, nurturing leads, and guiding qualified prospects to book a call or purchase a product. Responsibilities: -Send personalized DMs following our proven conversation framework. -Engage warmly with potential clients, building trust and offering helpful advice. -Track conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in our CRM. -Collaborate with our content team to align outreach with campaigns. Requirements: -Experience in DM sales, ideally in the fitness or wellness industry. -Strong written communication skills with a positive, encouraging tone. -Proven success in guiding leads to sales conversions. Compensation: -Commission - flat rate per sale closed with a tiered incentive model -Anticipated monthly income range: $2,000-$5,000 This is a 1099 Contractor position.
