Phoenix Horizons LLC is an Identity & Access Management (IAM) consulting firm specializing in Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Okta, Microsoft 365, Intune, SSO, Conditional Access, and PowerShell automation. We are looking for a freelancer that specializes in Business Development to help us find and secure new clients, establish relationships, and expand our business. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in the IAM, cybersecurity, and IT consulting sectors. Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels to generate leads. Develop relationships with IT managers, CISOs, and decision-makers. Track outreach efforts and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Work closely with our team to refine lead generation and sales strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development within the IT or cybersecurity space. Track record of securing clients in a similar consulting or tech-related role. Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology. Ability to effectively communicate technical services to non-technical decision-makers. Strong networking and prospecting skills, particularly on LinkedIn and email. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
