This role is ideal for someone who can analyze our current sales processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and build a scalable lead generation and outreach strategy that delivers results. Key Responsibilities ✅ Sales Strategy Review & Refinement Assess current sales processes and refine them for greater efficiency and conversion. Develop structured sales playbooks and prospecting frameworks. Identify key areas for growth and optimization in our pipeline. ✅ Lead Generation System & Implementation Design an inbound and outbound lead generation system that aligns with our business model. Recommend and implement CRM tools and automation strategies for tracking leads. Develop messaging sequences for email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. ✅ Outbound & Inbound Sales Outreach Strategy Establish a cold email and social engagement strategy to drive appointments. Define lead nurturing and follow-up processes to improve conversion rates. Provide guidance on hiring or training an internal sales representative if needed. ✅ Metrics & Performance Tracking Develop KPIs for lead generation, outreach, and conversion rates.
