We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of HTML email code and design to help us inspect and optimize our email templates. Our primary goal is to ensure that our emails do not get caught in spam filters, and we need someone who can make changes and provide actionable recommendations to improve deliverability. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and analyze existing email code to identify issues that may be causing emails to land in spam folders. Provide recommendations and modifications to improve email template structure, coding practices, and ensure better deliverability. Modify and optimize HTML email templates for better compatibility with various email clients. Collaborate to troubleshoot and resolve deliverability issues. Test email templates for performance, ensuring they render correctly across all major email clients. Offer guidance on best practices for email coding to avoid spam filters. Requirements: Proficient in HTML, CSS, and other relevant web development technologies. Experience with email deliverability issues and best practices for avoiding spam filters. Familiarity with Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for email marketing is preferred. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot email code for technical issues. Strong communication skills and ability to offer clear, actionable recommendations. Experience working with email clients such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc. Preferred Skills: Experience working with Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Understanding of email authentication standards like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Familiarity with email testing tools (e.g., Litmus) Knowledge of content filtering algorithms and best practices for email campaigns.
