We are seeking an experienced 3D modeler to help improve & enhance our scaled prototype aircraft frame and lift system. The current design consists of 3 3D printable parts in Blender and requires a transformation into 11 modular parts that can be easily bolted or screwed together. Most of the modular parts are small and many aspects are repeatable/duplicatable, as there are only 2 connection types. The end goal is twofold, 3D printable modular parts on a Bamboo X1 Carbon of which I can have molds created by a composites company that allow Forged Carbon Fiber parts to be easily created. 1. The frame is 99% done and needs increased thickness, modified shaft mounting points and cone shaped raised sections created for small drone screw modular mounting points. 2. Our proprietary lift module needs to be divided up into 5 individual modular parts and modified to mount to the Shaft end and is the only part that needs to be modified to be 3D printable. 3. The Shaft has two halves that bolt together & the Shaft mount has one modular part that screws onto the lower shaft mounting point on the frame that allows the Shaft to rotate freely. 4. There are two simple raised component mounts with their own characteristic that screw to the frame via the cone shaped raised mounting points. The two mounting types are the cone shapes that rises from the frame or lower lift module arm to receive a small drone style screw where the modular part is mounted & screwed down (the same is repeated throughout so only needs to be created once and duplicated multiple times. The second type is a small drone style bolt and nut system with a recessed hex socket on one half of the two modular parts that are bolted together. The project is currently in Blender & must be completed in Blender and the entire file will need to be sent back upon completion, and then funds will be released; also I will retain all rights to the work. Detailed images and diagrams will be provided that are easily understandable. Only one modular part will require some creative design work and needs a professional finished appearance.
