Description: We’re looking for a talented full-stack product designer to develop a smart prototype system for a tech-driven consumer product. This project involves creating electronics modules, durable resin shells, a mobile app, and assembling everything into a functional prototype. If you’re adept at blending hardware and software design with hands-on prototyping, we’d love to work with you! Scope of Work: Electronics Modules: Design and build three small modules with distance-measuring and wireless capabilities, program firmware for functionality, and encase them in protective resin. Resin Shells: Create three phenolic resin shells with inner cavities, fabricated to withstand impact (drop test required). Mobile App: Develop a cross-platform app (iOS/Android) to pair with the modules, display data, and manage multiple units with a simple interface. Assembly & Testing: Integrate modules into shells with cushioning and filler, seal them, and test for functionality and durability. Deliverables: Three functional electronics modules with firmware code and a setup guide (1-2 pages). Three finished phenolic resin shells with 3D model files (e.g., STL) and drop test proof (video/photos). A working mobile app (APK/IPA) with source code and a 1-page user guide. Three assembled units (two larger, one smaller) with a 1-page test report.
