AutoCAD professional needed for a solar energy company located in northern California. This will be ongoing work, on a project-by-project basis. This person will be in charge of creating permit plan sets (permit packages) for submittal to the building department and utility (PG&E), including the following: * Cover Sheet * Site Plan * Roof plan with modules * Attachment detail (roof structure, rafters) * Single line (or 3-line) diagram * Electrical calcs * Signage, Placards & Labels * Product cut sheets Most of the work will be for residential projects, some will be commercial. We would like a project price for the residential plan sets, including 2 revisions. Other work can be done as needed on an hourly basis. Please let us know your price for a plan set. Experience creating solar PV permit packages is required. Knowledge of California building codes a plus. Thank you!
