Hello! We are a mission-driven startup that is growing very quickly. We enroll, support, and pay family caregivers through state programs. We are looking for a versatile customer support specialist to help us provide direct support to caregivers throughout the enrollment process. You will be charged with: - Answering queries via email, text, and phone call - Cross referencing support with CRM records and keeping them up to date You must: - Have a HIPAA certification and be willing to sign a BAA and NDA - Be fluent in English and have patience and compassion for phone calls with people who need support - Be available EST business hours - Have experience with customer support in the medical field Ideally you: - Have experience with Zoho systems - Have personal experience with family caregiving - Have experience working in the home care industry or Medicaid space We pride ourselves on simple, consistent, reliable, speedy, and human service. Your role is to help us deliver on that. You will be supported by our team and significant documentation, with the aim for you to eventually operate independently. Our goal is to find someone who with the ability and appetite to grow with us over the long term.
