About the Role: We are hiring a warm, confident, and enthusiastic Community Engagement Caller to personally connect with our email subscribers. These are not cold calls—every person you’ll be calling has opted in and expressed interest in our events, offers, and content. Your mission? Be the voice of Speak Your Way To Cash® and make sure they never miss a life-changing opportunity. Responsibilities: • Call contacts from our email list to alert them about upcoming events, promotions, and limited-time opportunities. • Use our CRM system to log calls, update contact info, and track follow-ups. • Re-engage inactive subscribers by offering value-driven updates and checking in on their business goals. • Support list segmentation by tagging contacts based on interest, availability, or need. • Provide a high-energy, professional, and on-brand experience on every call. • Answer basic FAQs and transfer interested leads to our sales team as needed. • Report feedback and insights from calls to help improve messaging and campaigns. Requirements: • Strong, friendly phone presence and confidence engaging in conversation. • Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or client outreach. • Reliable internet connection and quiet environment for making calls. • Familiarity with CRMs (we use Kartra and Google Sheets—training provided). • Highly organized, proactive, and excited to be part of a purpose-driven team. • Bonus if you’re familiar with our brand or have a passion for entrepreneurship and transformation.
