Travel Consultant - Client Support

Glimmer Tours is looking for a remote full-time travel consultant to join our team! As a leading provider of Catholic pilgrimages, we're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who shares our passion for providing outstanding service and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. Responsibilities: - Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our tours, services, and destinations to engage prospective clients and create a strong first impression - Respond to phone and email inquiries from sales leads and existing clients in a timely and professional manner, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and interactions in our CRM system, including contact information, preferences, and booking details - Play a crucial role in fostering a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement. Provide insights and feedback to help refine processes, enhance our services, and exceed our clients' expectations. Qualifications: - Confident and personable on the phone, with excellent communication skills - Strong written communication skills - Detail-oriented and punctual - Must have a quiet home office environment - Full-time availability during regular business hours (M-F 9-5pm PST) We want to thank you for taking the time to read through our Travel Consultant posting.
