Responsibilities: - Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our tours, services, and destinations to engage prospective clients and create a strong first impression - Respond to phone and email inquiries from sales leads and existing clients in a timely and professional manner, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and interactions in our CRM system, including contact information, preferences, and booking details - Play a crucial role in fostering a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement. Provide insights and feedback to help refine processes, enhance our services, and exceed our clients' expectations.
