Job Title: Confirmation Caller (Remote) Location: [Remote] Job Type: [Part-time] Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am -12pm EST Position Overview: As a Confirmation Caller, you will be responsible for contacting customers to confirm upcoming appointments, verify important details, and provide a positive final touchpoint before service. This role is essential in maintaining client satisfaction and reducing cancellations or missed appointments. Key Responsibilities: • Place outbound calls to confirm scheduled appointments. • Ensure all customer information (address, time, service details) is accurate. • Address basic customer questions or concerns during the confirmation call. • Update and maintain accurate records in the scheduling system. • Communicate any reschedules, cancellations, or special instructions to the appropriate team members. • Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure a professional and courteous customer interaction. Qualifications: • Prior customer service, call center, or phone-based experience preferred. • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Ability to handle customer interactions with patience, empathy, and professionalism. • Comfortable working with CRM or scheduling software (training provided). • Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
