Ideal Profile: • Significant experience as an ISSO, with working knowledge of broader cybersecurity functions. • People management background within cybersecurity teams. Provide thus insights into climbing the corporate ladder. • Experience in a cleared role with a federal agency. Experience in contracting via a small consulting company for a federal agency. • Familiarity with organizational decision-making and internal political landscapes. Thus, help mentee get AHEAD of them. • HR leadership experience is a valuable plus for added perspective on corporate dynamics. • Practical, relatable mentoring style focused on actionable, real-world guidance. • Ability to help an ISSO mentee balance technical excellence with smart career navigation and political acumen.
