Hey There, My name's Peter with The Nurse Coach Collective. We need an expert to help us set up our Intercom workspace, focusing on a few specific areas: 1. Inputting knowledge most effectively to feed the AI agent. We have the knowledge ready to go in the form of our web pages that we've cleaned up, as well as on a google docs. We've refrained from inputting too much at this point, as we're not sure whether to use snippets, upload PDFs, etc. 2. Setup custom AI workflows so that depending on the "Audience", which is an intercom field synced with our hubspot lifecycle, the user receives speficic resources relavent to their user journey. This will be very simple, as we only have 3 audiences. Lead, Qualified Lead, Customer. There are a maximum of 8-10 web pages/links that are specific to each lead stage. 3. Help us make the AI agents live on our website via a chatbot, as well as inside of our inboxes. For now, I'd like to use co-pilot to simply draft email replies. Once the AI understands our conversations, then support us to set it to reply first via email/sms. About you: - ready to begin immediately - be expert level and ready to provide great support - get us to MVP launch ASAP (1 week or less ideally) - help us over the next month to improve and get our AI to the best level it can be, while also future proofing.
