We are a small company in Phoenix, Arizona, and we are looking for a local freelance IT support technician to assist us on an as-needed basis. We currently handle most of our IT needs in-house, and since our systems are primarily cloud-based (Office 365, etc.), we don't require heavy IT support. However, we need a reliable IT professional to help with occasional PC/device troubleshooting, and general IT support. What We Need Help With: Occasional PC/device functionality issues (Windows machines) Basic troubleshooting and technical support for six machines Ensuring smooth operation of Office 365 accounts and cloud-based tools General IT consulting for minor improvements or recommendations Requirements: Must be located in USA Strong knowledge of Windows-based systems Experience with Office 365 administration Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues Reliable and responsive for occasional support requests
