Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing & Project Manager Associate to help support our clients’ marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of foundational marketing concepts and digital marketing tools and trends, and be equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team. Responsibilities: Client Communication & Relationship Management: - Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication. - Maintain a strong knowledge of project status and client needs to answer client questions or deliver proactive insights and ideas. - Build and maintain solid client relationships through regular updates, effective communication that is tailored to each client's preferences, efficient problem-solving, and exceptional service. Project Management: - Manage and coordinate multiple client projects between the client/client’s team and the Solutions for Growth team, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines and goals. - Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress, and proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders. - Organize and prioritize tasks to meet project goals and client expectations. - Demonstrate ability to manage time sensitive projects and juggle priorities. Marketing Support: - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, PPC, email marketing, website, design, and management, and more. - Help create/edit compelling content, including ad copy, social media posts, web page copy, and email marketing materials. - Monitor marketing program performance and recommend improvements based on client feedback and goals. - Support team members with various marketing and project-related tasks. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Demonstrated experience in client communication and project management, preferably in a marketing or agency setting. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for tone and detail. - Strong, professional writing skills for B2B and B2C audiences. - A proactive and creative problem-solving attitude. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Ability to translate client needs into effective marketing strategies, content, and tasks for team members. - Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, basic data analysis, monday.com. - Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and PPC, social media, email marketing, and website design platforms such as: WordPress, Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, Canva, Google Analytics. - Ability to commit 8-10 hours per week after an onboarding period of 5 hours per week (approximately 1 hour per day).
