We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager & Strategist to take ownership of our brand’s social media presence and drive real growth. We have 2 brands: 1. LaundryLabs.shop (B2B/B2C) 2. AIForLaundromats (B2B) This person will not only post content across all platforms but will also develop and execute strategies that increase engagement, impressions, and conversions. Responsibilities: - Content Posting & Scheduling – Manage and distribute content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, and more. - Growth Strategy & Engagement – Implement proven strategies beyond just posting: outreach, follow/unfollow tactics, engagement hacks, and viral content replication. - Trend Research & Content Optimization – Identify high-performing content from competitors and other brands and apply strategies to increase our reach. - Collaboration with Creative Teams – Work closely with the graphic design team, photography team, and marketing team to gather the best assets. - Affiliate & UGC Creator Management – Work with existing affiliates and UGC creators while doing outreach to find new partners that align with our brand. - Giveaway & Lead Generation Execution – Plan and manage bi-weekly giveaways and optimize pages for maximum lead generation and engagement. - Performance Tracking & Optimization – Monitor analytics across all platforms, refine content strategies, and optimize based on what’s working. Huge Plus If You Can: - Edit short-form video content – Talking head-style videos with animations, icons, captions, and strong hooks for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. - Understand and execute strong hooks – Knowing how to grab attention within the first 3 seconds and keep engagement high. Requirements: - Proven experience in social media management & growth in either B2B or B2C consumer brands. - Deep understanding of platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. - Strong ability to track and interpret analytics to make data-driven content and engagement decisions. - Experience working with creative teams to develop high-performing content. - Knowledge of social media algorithms, engagement hacks, and community-building tactics. - Must be able to present a clear strategy for how you would grow a brand’s social presence beyond just posting. MUST HAVE PROOF of accounts you’ve successfully grown (B2B or B2C consumer brands). What We Need From You: - Portfolio or examples of social media pages you’ve grown. - Case studies or metrics showcasing growth strategies and results. - A breakdown of your approach to outreach, engagement, and content strategy.
