REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Marketing Services for CCFC Youth Soccer Club Issue Date: March 31, 2025 Proposal Due Date: April 7, 2025 I. INTRODUCTION CCFC Youth Soccer Club is seeking proposals from marketing agencies and freelancers to support our marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence. Our goal is to engage with players, families, and the broader community while adhering to our mission, guiding principles, and positioning statements. II. SCOPE OF WORK The selected vendor(s) will provide marketing support in the following areas. Vendors can respond to a specific service on the RFP or for all services. 1. Social Media Management Instagram: 3-4 posts per week (2 of these should be content pillars such as match highlights, player spotlights, etc.) Facebook: 2-3 posts per week X (formerly Twitter): 4-5 posts per week Threads: 2-3 posts per week Creation of LinkedIn profile and management of LinkedIn: 1-2 posts per week (focus on coaching staff highlights, sponsorship announcements, and youth development) Content should follow the Club’s content calendar and align with major campaigns. Respond to comments and questions with the Club’s direction. Monthly performance reports analyzing engagement, reach, and effectiveness. Highlight reels Social media clips 2. Copywriting Newsletter content Press releases (as needed) Internal communications (as needed) Website copy (as needed) 3. Graphic Design Weekly newsletter Flyers for events and programs (as needed) Logos/icons for events, branding (as needed) Signage for Club activities (as needed) 4. Photography Recurring monthly content capture Local training session (once per month) Local game day (once per month) Summer camps (twice per month during summer) Volunteer events (as needed) Player, staff headshots (as needed) Tournaments (2 per year) Community clinics (4 per year) Recreation opening weekend (once in Fall and once in Spring) 5. Website Content Management (As Needed) Updates and content revisions to the Club website Additional capabilities: Indicating these capabilities is a plus, and these projects would be scoped project-by-project. Full production videography Grant writing Web Development and Management (separate from website content editing) III. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS Proposals should include the following: Agency/Freelancer Background – Company overview, key personnel, experience with sports organizations. Portfolio – Examples of past work related to youth sports or similar organizations. Approach and Strategy – Explanation of how you will operationally manage CCFC Youth Soccer Club’s marketing needs. Proposed Budget – Pricing breakdown - either for all services or for individual services. References – At least two references from previous or current clients. Availability – Indicate the ability to meet deadlines and attend Club events when required. IV.
