Why This Role is Different: Base salary + unlimited earning potential – As our lead volume grows, so does your compensation Fully remote flexibility: Work from anywhere while driving real impact Career growth opportunity: You’ll play a key role in scaling our agency’s digital marketing strategy & outreach efforts Direct impact: You’ll develop & launch marketing strategies, build campaigns, and track success through conversions Cutting-edge training: You’ll be trained in Brunson & Miller’s marketing frameworks to create powerful lead generation funnels What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Design & execute social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) Develop marketing graphics & video ads using Canva & video editing software Create, test, and optimize ad funnels to generate quality leads Manage outreach & partnership coordination remotely via calls, emails, and video meetings Track and analyze marketing campaign performance: continuously improving conversion rates Ensure our agents have the right digital marketing materials to convert leads into sales Pull and manage targeted lead lists from digital sources (training provided) What You Bring (Skills & Experience) 3+ years of experience in digital marketing & lead generation. Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn marketing. Graphic design & video editing skills** (Canva, CapCut, Veed, or similar). Experience managing digital outreach and coordinating partnerships remotely. Proven ability to manage funnels & optimize conversions. Detail-oriented & organized (you’ll be handling lead lists and campaign tracking). Strong communicator via phone, email, and video conferencing. Compensation & Growth Plan Base Salary: $38,000 - $45,000 Performance-Based Bonuses: Earn $XX per enrollment (TBD based on final structure) . Quarterly Incentive: If you hit 125 enrollments per quarter, you earn an additional performance bonus.
