GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER (Contract Position) Teknova is looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team for a six-month contract assignment. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s success by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention across our suite of life sciences products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth target opportunities, manage and optimize multi-channel outreach campaigns, and deliver measurable results. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute lead management strategies to drive prospect engagement, qualification, and sales conversion • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and events to drive growth across various stages of the sales funnel • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and segmentation strategies • Manage across multi-platform CRM stack to track, analyze, and improve lead generation and nurturing efforts • Develop a deep understanding of our customer personas and journey maps to inform marketing strategies • Analyze customer and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Utilize data-driven insights to test and optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (marketing engaged leads, marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads), providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement • Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with lead qualification and pipeline development • Foster and maintain relationships with internal support teams and external partners QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field • 5+ years industry experience in digital or growth marketing, preferably within the life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation and/or growth marketing campaigns • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud), lead scoring, and analytics platforms such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement • Ability to work independently in a collaborative yet fast-paced, dynamic environment
