Job Description: We are Thumbprint Realty, Massachusetts’ Most Trusted Real Estate Brokerage, specializing in luxury properties and high-earning clients. We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media & Branding Specialist to elevate our social media presence, increase brand awareness, and maintain consistent and professional branding across platforms. We are looking for someone who can strategically grow our loyal and engaging follower base on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, while also crafting branded visual content that aligns with our established style and voice. Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement. Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, focusing on 2 luxury real estate and high-earning buyers. Residential and commercial real estate in the state of MA, with a focus in Boston + Brockton + Cape Cod areas. We also service Rhode Island, with a focus in Providence & Newport areas. We also service Georgia, mostly Atlanta but that's the least priority. MA is first, RI second and GA last if it makes sense to keep all states under 1 social media platform. Increase monetization opportunities and audience engagement through strategic content and ad placements and brand partnerships. Track and report on social media performance, optimizing strategies for better results. Craft engaging captions, posts, and interactive content to foster community involvement. Branding Design: Design on-brand visuals and templates for social media posts, stories, ads, and promotional materials. Follow existing brand guidelines to maintain consistency while delivering innovative, professional content. Create branded graphics that enhance storytelling and engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand alignment and visual coherence. Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management and branding design, particularly in real estate or luxury markets. Strong skills in content creation, visual design, and audience engagement. Proficiency with tools such as Canva, BoldTrailPro, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms. Demonstrated success in increasing brand awareness and engagement through creative strategies. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in following branding guidelines.
