Hello, We hope all is well and represent SwypeSure, an innovative safety media platform. We are seeking Community Manager to help build, grow, and engage a thriving community around our brand. As we expand our platform and content offerings, we need someone who is passionate about safety and excited about creating a supportive and active online community that shares our mission. SwypeSure is dedicated to curating and creating valuable safety content to empower individuals and organizations to prioritize safety in everyday life. We provide a range of resources, from articles to videos and podcasts (coming soon), focused on safety tips, news, and advice. As we grow, we’re looking to foster a community where people can connect, share, and learn together. What We’re Looking For: 1. Community-Building Expertise: A person with experience in building and nurturing online communities, whether through social media platforms, forums, or other community-based platforms. 2. Engagement-Driven: Someone who is creative and can develop new ways to engage community members, encourage participation, and spark conversations around safety. 3. Passionate About Safety: A person who shares our mission to promote safety and is genuinely interested in helping people connect over shared safety goals. 4. Excellent Communication Skills: You should have strong communication skills, both in writing and in managing online conversations. 5. Familiarity with Platforms: Experience managing communities on platforms like Facebook Groups, Reddit, Instagram, and Discord. Responsibilities: 1. Build and Grow the Community: Create strategies for growing SwypeSure’s online community, attracting new members, and building engagement. 2. Foster Engagement: Create and manage daily or weekly posts, discussions, and polls to encourage community interaction, while staying on-topic with SwypeSure’s safety focus. 3. Moderate the Community: Monitor the community, ensure that conversations remain respectful, and moderate discussions to prevent spam or harmful content. 4. Provide Insights: Track and report on community growth, engagement levels, and member feedback to SwypeSure’s team, suggesting ways to improve the community experience. 5. Build Relationships: Create a welcoming and supportive environment by engaging with community members, answering questions, and ensuring that they feel valued and heard. 6. Collaborate: Work closely with the SwypeSure team to ensure community initiatives align with our overall content strategy and business goals. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role. 2. Strong understanding of community dynamics and engagement strategies, particularly in online spaces. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Experience using social media management tools and community-building platforms. 5. A passion for safety and a desire to help others create positive and informative communities. 6. A creative mindset and ability to innovate new ways to connect and engage people in meaningful conversations.
