We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist & Digital Marketing Expert to help us set up and manage Google Ads campaigns, optimize PPC performance, and implement digital marketing strategies to drive leads for our virtual assistance business. If you have experience with paid search advertising, conversion tracking, and online lead generation, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Remarketing) Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy for conversions Set up and manage Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics for tracking performance Monitor CPC, CTR, Quality Score, and ROAS, making adjustments to improve results Develop and implement landing page optimization strategies Utilize Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other platforms for lead generation Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting Track and report key performance metrics, providing actionable insights Recommend SEO, content marketing, or other digital marketing strategies Requirements: Proven experience managing Google Ads & PPC campaigns Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Experience in lead generation for service-based businesses Knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, and landing page optimization Ability to analyze data and provide performance insights Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
