This role will focus on optimizing our digital presence, ensuring consistency across channels, and driving growth for vib.tech Key Responsibilities 1. SEO & Content Management: Edit and optimize blogs for SEO performance and clarity. Support project management efforts to improve website performance with strategic optimizations and regular updates. Create email marketing content, ensuring autoresponders and email sequences are current. Content Assisting & Creation: Assist in developing the 2025 social media content strategy to drive engagement and align with brand objectives. Write compelling video scripts for various platforms. Coordinate the creation of blog posts, social media posts, multimedia content, and landing pages. Create weekly email campaigns and nurture sequences. Occasionally assist with creating ebooks and long-form content. Brief creative strategy for ad assets. 2. Project Management & Vendor Coordination: Lead multiple digital marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and outcomes are achieved. Collaborate with and oversee third-party vendors, ensuring accountability and quality. Manage the implementation of digital assets such as pop-ups and tracking updates. 3. Paid Advertising Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and paid social media. Conduct performance analysis to maximize ROI on ad spend. 4. Data & Reporting: Use tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and HubSpot to track metrics and manage campaigns. Produce detailed performance reports across digital channels, identifying trends and opportunities. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance. Ensure seamless integration and tracking via HubSpot (training available if needed). Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency while refining messaging with a human touch. 5. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align goals and messaging. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and AI trends to implement innovative strategies. Qualifications The ability to step in and take action based on unclear instructions without prior training. Proven experience in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, content creation, paid advertising, and performance reporting. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.(Asana expertise) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing vendors and ensuring accountability. Desired Skills and Work Approach Experience in Google Ads. Advanced experience with elementor and WordPress. Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and marketing optimization. Ability to use Asana for project management. Strong responsiveness and a high sense of ownership, able to work independently with minimal supervision. General experience with Outreach and HubSpot. Commitment to staying updated with SEO trends through continuous learning. This role ideally requires availability on Slack from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, with the ability to work autonomously while remaining aligned with Central Time schedules.
