AI Chatbot Specialist for Public Adjusting & Claims Negotiation Assistance

We are looking for an AI chatbot specialist to develop a LLM-powered assistant that helps public adjusters at Five Star Claims Adjusting streamline the insurance claims process. The chatbot should provide real-time, expert-level guidance on claim settlement negotiations, policy interpretation, and case strategy. A critical requirement for this chatbot is its ability to analyze and interpret key inputs, such as: • Carrier policy documentation to determine coverage specifics • Property damage details, including photos, to assess claim validity • State statutes and case law to provide legal precedent and negotiation leverage Additionally, the chatbot should have an intuitive, user-friendly interface with guided prompts, menus, and structured workflows to assist public adjusters efficiently in their work. The ideal candidate should have experience developing, deploying, and optimizing chatbots using existing AI tools. While an engineering background and coding ability are preferred, this role does not require extensive programming—our priority is finding someone who can select the right AI solutions, configure them properly, and ensure the chatbot meets our needs. Key Responsibilities: • Select & Implement AI Chatbot Tools: Identify and configure the best AI-powered chatbot solution (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, Rasa). • Train & Optimize the Chatbot for Claims Negotiations: o Ensure the chatbot understands insurance claim settlement strategies. o Fine-tune it using carrier policy documents, damage reports (including photos), and legal references. o Enable it to provide specific guidance based on the provided inputs. • Create a User-Friendly Interface: o Design guided workflows, prompts, and menus to assist public adjusters efficiently. o Ensure seamless adoption by making the chatbot easy to use for adjusters with varying levels of technical expertise. • Integrate the Chatbot: Ensure compatibility with internal systems and adjusters' workflows. • Test & Improve: Monitor chatbot performance, refine responses, and update as needed. • Provide Ongoing Support: Maintain and enhance the chatbot based on user feedback and new industry developments. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience developing and deploying AI-powered chatbot assistants. • Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, Rasa, or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of insurance claim processing and settlement negotiations (or ability to train an AI model on these topics). • Experience with document and image-based AI processing to analyze claim-related inputs. • Expertise in chatbot UI/UX design to create an intuitive experience with guided prompts and structured workflows. • Ability to train AI models using structured and unstructured data. • Preferred but not required: Engineering background or coding ability (Python, APIs, cloud platforms), though this role does not involve extensive programming. • Bonus: Knowledge of insurance laws, statutes, and case law analysis.
