Responsibilities include the following: Content Management: Post and schedule content accross Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and You Tube. Project Support: Ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently Data & Analytics: Track and report key performance metrics Engagement Monitoring: Monitor and engage with comments/messages. Appointment & Outreach Tracking: Maintain spreadsheets with updated client interactison. Creative Support: Assist with basic design, content editing, or organization Scheduling Support: Help support scheduling and the management of task closure Required Skills & Expertise: 4-5 Years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Project Manager Familiarity with social media platfoms and scheduling tools Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
