I’m looking for an experienced and reliable freelance architect or designer to create permit-ready blueprints for converting my existing 2-car garage into an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in Southern California. This will be a full ADU conversion with a bathroom, kitchenette, living area and a bedroom.
