Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented 3D modeler to help us transform our complete 2D showroom design into a fully visualized 3D model. This project involves creating an accurate and visually appealing 3D representation of a showroom layout, based on floor plans and detailed 2D sketches we've already developed. Project Scope: This is a showroom design project. We have finalized 2D design layouts for each section of the showroom (including displays, product placements, shelving, dividers, etc.). We also have the floor plans with exact measurements and dimensions of the space. The goal is to produce a clean, realistic, and presentation-ready 3D model that can be used for internal planning and visual presentations. Responsibilities: Convert our provided 2D floor plans and layout designs into a detailed 3D model Ensure accurate scale, proportions, and placement based on provided dimensions Model furniture, fixtures, product displays, and other elements as outlined in the designs Apply basic textures and lighting to showcase the space clearly Provide us with renders and source files (preferably in a common format such as .skp, .blend, .fbx, or .3ds) Requirements: Proven experience in interior or architectural 3D modeling (please include your portfolio) Proficiency in tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Blender, or similar software Can give us the work on Next Monday/Tuesday
