ePub conversion on two books, medium complexity

I would like the two books attached converted to ePub. They were created in InDesign. One is a 60-page recipe book and the other is a 120-page travel book. Each are basically books of short chapters with captioned images. The recipe book perhaps requires more attention to the formatting (bullets and numbered lists). Both InDesign files are highly styled with paragraph and character styles and were made by highly experienced editorial designers, but made for print. Please tell me (1) how many hours you would estimate for each; (2) if the price depends on any concerns you may have about the InDesign files; and (3) in just a few sentences, why you would be a good match for this job.
